11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Process:

   Refunds will be initiated for all requests received within the specified cancellation window, without requiring any validation or evaluation of reasons. The refund amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of request submission.

2. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations can be requested only within 7 days from the date of successful subscription payment.
   • After the 7-day period, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
3. How to Raise a Refund/Cancellation Request:
   • Send an email to connect@curadio.in with your subscription details and payment ID.
   • Our team will process your request promptly, and confirmation will be shared via email.

12. Pricing Policy

1. All prices displayed on Curadio are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST.
2. GST will be added at checkout based on applicable rates.
3. Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice, and updated prices will be reflected on the website.
4. Promotional offers and discounts, if any, will be clearly mentioned and are valid only for the specified period.
